Four steps, from search to review
Every booking follows the same cycle, and each change of state is timestamped and attributed to whoever triggered it.
Search
Filter by trade, city and rating. Nearby artisans are ranked by actual distance from where you are, not by matching city names.
Book
A date, a slot with a start and an end time, an address from your own book. The artisan confirms or declines.
Follow
Pending, confirmed, in progress, completed. A cancellation always keeps its reason and its author.
Review
Once the job is done: two ratings in a single act, one for the artisan and one for the service. One review per booking, never half-written.

Built for Tunisian geography
"Near me" compares coordinates, not strings: an artisan in Ariana surfaces for a client in Tunis when they are three kilometres away — which matching city names will never do.
The governorate is derived from the coordinates on every write: never typed by hand, never misspelled.

Yes. Searching, booking, messaging and reviews are free for clients, and no service fee is added to the price the artisan quotes.
The first 30 days are free, then the subscription is 30 TND a month. No commission is taken on your jobs: what you invoice stays yours.
Today by bank transfer or cash: an administrator activates the subscription and the payment is recorded. Online payment through Flouci and D17 is planned.
Nine categories: electrical, plumbing, carpentry, phone repair, cleaning, moving, private tutoring, car repair, and hair & make-up.
The launch covers Tunis, Ariana, Sousse, Sfax and Monastir. Search works by real distance from where you are, so it works anywhere in Tunisia where artisans have signed up.
By the actual distance between you and the artisan, not by city name. An artisan in Ariana shows up for a client in Tunis when they are a few kilometres away.
A review can only be left after a completed job, and only once per booking. An artisan's rating is computed from those real jobs only.
